Dose adjusment lead to significant improvement in kidney and liver function test parameters. The number of patients with high Cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, serum potassium and uric acid reduced at 2nd visit, as well. Conclusion: The current study confirmed the correlation between blood CsA trough level and the occurrence of CsA related toxicity that have a negative influence on graft function, morbidity and mortality of the KTR.
